Been a long time since we met up to do anything.Prolly everyone's just busy with their school work and stuff.But the huge problem is that ive changed my occupation into a full time slacker.Pls guys, lets find some time to Joom.Once Jc tests start our opportunities to meet up will get less and less.Unless we want to fade out from existance, we need to make some time to build up on our existance rite?Come on guys, just a bit of time a week will help.=D really looking forward to meeting u guys again.=)

Hi all,

It's been long since anione posted.lol. Now,its my turn. I dunno why but i jus haf this urge to blog all of a sudden. Well hopefully, we can jam next week. 'Stop Lying' has some new additional parts to it.Some connectors between verse and chorus, chorus and bridge, bridge to chorus. Been writing alot of cheesy chinese songs nowadays,but yea i still haf 1 or 2 english pieces written.Will share them in time.

And yea, I tink we probably wont do animore covers of ani songs from other bands.Probably we'll do oni 'numb'.Well the sole purpose is to warm us up in everi jamming session. Yep we shd finalise how 'Come and take it' should sound. We shall only do our own songs.I dun feel like taking others' work n playing it like my own. Serves no purpose. Ok,we haf 3 original songs under our belts now. Will showcase other songs I've written after we fix our current problems. Other bandmates like paing seoul (garden) will showcase their pieces too. I'm still waitng for 'living for ur smiles' and ur 'I dunno wat to do or to say..(with the ps voice)' .

We're all abit out of focus now,but we're gonna set it straight soon. Good luck dudes.See u soon.

hey guys....i've just signed up for a drum course in feb!!!!

so how's it going with the studying and all? hope we can do some jamming next week yea? =] like jing hui said....i wanna see ur pretty faces.so skip school a day wun hurt y'all rite?not that i'm very free and bo liao anyways...got a job at a hospital. man, it feels like a year
since the last time i'm here.
So here i am to post a post

Hi,

It's been a long time since I've updated anything.Well,I guess everyone is a bit busy at the moment because of their work.Well,I've written a couple of new material n would hope to experiment them out with you guys.So pls make time for jamming sessions.

Let's work tighter as a band.We're kinda 'loose'.Let's try to strengthen the bond between us k?I mean nowadays,everyone,including myself,is too busy with our own lives.So c'mon we're a team,we've gotta play our games a little better now.We've gotta step our games up.

When sean gets his keyboard,we can experiment with more sounds.N everyone can throw in their own ideas,everyone can take part in writing songs,be it the lyrics or the music.N yeah,i second the idea that everyone will have to post everyweek.So we kinda pass around the baton K?So this week is me,the next one who's gonna update is paing sole.Then he'll pass to nic.

Well,it's been some time since we've seen each other's faces.So let's come out one dae tok cok sing song play majong or sth k?I really miss your pretty faces a whole damn bloody lot. It's like we've been toking so much before the o's how we're gonna immerse ourselves in jamming but when the time realli comes,everyone is so damn busy.

N if u all can,pls kinda improve on ur own intruments technical wise.Learn different techniques of singing,different drum beats,different bass riffs.music theory etc....I will do tat too.

K actualli i've alot more meaningless stuff to say but i tink i'll jus end here.

Hello. Yes everyone should post one entry per week. This way, we can know about each others thoughts and feelings..

Basically right now we have to get back our last time form.. maybe try out a couple of new songs.. etc etc.. please please bring ur MP5s for every session..

but most importantly, we must wait for the arrival of our keyboard.. then i can start work liao..

then we all gather in one place.. and discuss the making of our new songs together.. everyone chip in an idea or two then the song very fast complete one.. then go drink something.. then play pool.. then go Jam to try out those new songs.. then go eat.. ok ok? then can play soccer.. or we can go out.. ok ok?

(Btw Mr Myo say he weekdays cannot.. so we only can book weekends lor..)

the recordings are not up yet.. cause of my damn mp3 player which can't seem to function so well right now..
anyways, i'll try to see whether i can get hold of an I-Pod, but chances are slim ar..

first jamming session after such a long break was mediocre ar.
its not the sincera i felt during the previous session.
Now I Cry had the synergy to stir people's heart. but just now just couldn't ar.

anyways, Sean, the piano solo you played anyhow one ar.. that one can be made into another piece.

Hi people,

Currently,the band is taking a really really short break(break) because of the ongoing prelims.Although activites of the band has stopped,activities of individuals has suprisingly increased.Lol hope u get wad i mean.Okok..i shall not tease whom-it-may-concern.
I guess the prelims muz be giving everyone immense pressure(Sean dun sing),thus i hope everyone does well for their prelims n be happy.And hell yeah Fiona Xie is sooooooo cute.

before i start, can you please identify yourself before posting anything!?!? confusing bah ! =P

lolz. this looks good. finally everyone is posting. waiting for this day to come. Jh's in, Cadbury's in. waiting for Cena and Nic's return fer posting. then the circle would be complete.

we've certainly been slowing down operations. actually, its kinda good for a breather. change the oil. fresh ideas come in. erase the boredom, things like that.

fishing out 6 bucks per week isn't a worthy investment when you can do the same thing FOC instead. thought about it. by December, its gonna be FOC. we'll try to make that possible. more room for creativity, more room to be rowdy. ha.

our focus now is where are we going to go after our Os. of course we want to make sincere but good music. but without academic achievements, we will be looked down like dirt.
esp. when you are on this island. we ain't going to be labelled as people who want to do music but our academic achievements are simply hilarious.
no, i believe me and my mates have the same goal. music and the certs. not just music only.
without the degree or diploma, we are like jumping down straight into hell.

Well,time for the band.I guess it's quite obvious that our band's name,Sincera,comes from the word 'sincere'.Being sincere is to be jus simple,with no pretence.It should be direct,straight from the heart.Well,I guess tat suits us very well.We're jus 5 guys tat like to play music together,n we hope to create music that is 'sincere'.We're not a rock band,we're jus a band.A band tat plays music from every genre if it sounds good.Regarding our instruments,we don't even remember their model numbers,but we still like them,as they are our tool,no no,more like a toy that we love to play.

I think it's time for me to self intro.I'm Jinghui(Jiggy as mentioned in previous posts),the guitarist for Sincera.Occasionally,I pump in backup vocals.

yesterday at the carnival it was a bang. there was the CI finals, won by SK, backuped with a band.
another band, also stole the show, Advent, also stole the show.

its kinda retarded to see all the bands get the attention and the support from everyone. its kinda frustrating, when you know when you go out there, people are going to cheer for you. its like the burning flame scorching my mind.

we need experience before we make our breakthrough in outside concerts. we need that small experience, get ourself mentally prepared with first a performance in a low key audience, such as the school.

my target for the sincera: Prom nite. Hotel ballroom. great place to rock.

i guess we will be cutting our jamming sessions after all. first, we need to get our prelims and O Level right first before anything else, then we can jam with our heads liberated from the damn pressure and stress.

most probably(but not confirmed), our jamming sessions would be postponed till further notice,
not to mention any performances.

i hope this weekend's session would not be scraped. i learnt some moves. but not that good enough.

not so fluent. but still can do la abit.

i am so damn eager to see other bands in action. i'll wait for 2 years to enter the scene. by that time, hopefully my voice would have been more stable. and i'll be strumming. jiggy would be doing multiple power cords. nick would be bassing like some sufwoofer. cena playing the keyboard like Chopin and MPS playing the drums with multiple fingers.
and we will be able to rent our own space to chill and jam there.
